Yahoo 7′s Total Travel Guide, posted an article How to Shrink you Summer Luggage, specifying the ideal summer travel checklist. Our favourite accessory, the scarf, made it on the list for it’s functionality to be worn as a belt, head scarf, for warmth or to dress up an outfit. We couldn’t agree more! So we’re providing you with some Summer scarf inspiration to remind you not to leave your scarf in the wardrobe this summer. Don’t forget to have a look back at our the Hermes Ultimate Scarf Knotting Guide we posted, to learn how to tie your scarf into bags, tops and dresses, oh my!

Searching through the GQ, Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar archives I found some great shoots with scarves. My favourite has to be the Harper’s Bazaar Morrocan inspired shoot. The model wears an intricately printed blue Missoni dress with a lush draped summer scarf. Elegant, summery and sexy! As soon as the sun decides to show I’m going to copy this look with my Blue Gauze Pashmina by Cashmere & Kaye!
We’re having a sale! Come and have a look and a feel! So lush!

Dear Men of the World Wide Web,
I am going to get personal on this post. I have brother, who often complains that there are not enough options in the male wardrobe. He tells me he becomes bored of the t-shirt and jeans combo, so he resloves his delmima by wearing a hat. I am proud he has opened his eyes to the option of accessorising, yet I have a slight problem with the trusty hat, for these following reasons: 1. Hat hair. 2. Wearing hats inside or at a dinner table are not preferred. 3. Hat hair.
Too often I have seen that very obvious kink line hula hooping the mid section of the male head. And guys, no matter how much you ‘joush’ your hair, it’s not going away anytime soon. I suffer from the terrible ponytail mushroom kink – so I know. It seems the solution to my brother’s, and i’m assuming many other men’s, problem has ensured yet another problem. Brilliant. But never fear! I have a fool proof solution… Guys, let me introduce you to…… THE SCARF. All the dudes are doing it: actors, models and that guy on the street. And there are options; lightweight silk or cashmere scarves, warmer heavier wool scarves, loads of colours, designs and shapes! A picture tells a thousand words and I’ve already said enough, so here are some reasons why you should wear a scarf…. I’ve even allowed options for the hat lovers.
Yours in cashmere,

It’s no secret Aussie model Miranda Kerr has an affinity for scarves. We love Miranda’s cool and simple style. We especially love Miranda’s confidence to wear a scarf in any season. Here are some of her best scarf looks for summer and winter – and those months in between.
